Jon's vast experiences stem from a rural Vermont upbringing, where he was taught that it was better to fix something yourself than replace it; he was instilled with a problem-solving mind and attention to detail. This makes him a veracious entrepreneur and CEO. Having the drive to work at a young age he had the chance to try his hand at many things before before being led to the culinary industry, where he let his creativity flow uninhibited, where he would hone his communication skills under pressure and master team management. This career leads him to work with some of the country's top chefs and run several successful restaurants. When he left the culinary industry, he was set on a path of engineering, something his problem-solving mind was craving. He excelled in these programs, holding the dean's list every semester through the college experience. Deep inside, he had a burning entrepreneur and ultimately let it lose when he was 36 by starting On Spot Solutions.

My passion for the culinary world continues to drive my work, and through Kanned Heat Kitchen, I aim to tackle key challenges within the restaurant industry, with a focus on enhancing the well-being of its workforce. In addition to my work in the kitchen, I also offer products designed to improve health and safety, ensuring a positive and sustainable environment both for culinary professionals and the broader community.

I founded On Spot Solutions as a way to prove to myself that I could build something from the ground up. My hands-on leadership is essential to the company's success, focusing on field service and team support while staying at the forefront of technology and innovation within the access control industry. I collaborate closely with city planners and construction companies to ensure my venture aligns with industry trends. Additionally, I have established partnerships with some of the top companies in the parking industry. By staying on top of emerging technologies and maintaining a proactive approach to customer support, I ensure that equipment malfunctions do not hinder the daily operations of my clients. Building strong relationships and demonstrating commitment in my areas of expertise has been key to my success as an entrepreneur.
